By accessing or using the Teamco platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Teamco platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Teamco.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You may only have one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are prohibited.

4. Platform Overview

4.1. Teamco is a Move2Earn platform connecting users and brands. Brands pay for users' physical activities, and in return, users become brand ambassadors by sharing branded content on their social media.

4.2. Users can choose their favorite brands and join loyalty groups. Only one brand per industry can be selected.

4.3. Earnings on the Platform are primarily generated through physical activity. Physical activity is a prerequisite for generating Teamcoin. Social activity can increase earnings but is not mandatory.

5. Teamcoin

5.1. Teamcoin is a cryptocurrency backed by a fiat guarantee fund. Its value is calculated by dividing the total fiat in the fund by the total Teamcoin in circulation.

5.2. Teamcoin generation requires both payment received and confirmed social activity, such as posting branded content or winning competitions.

5.3. Users must complete twice the average daily steps to earn 100% Teamcoin. Earnings are proportional to the percentage of steps completed.

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.2. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or its services.

6.3. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.

7. Physical Activity and Step Counting

7.1. Users are required to engage in genuine physical activity to earn Teamcoin.

7.2. Any attempt to manipulate or falsify step counts is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

a) Shaking or moving the device to simulate steps without actual walking.
b) Using devices or software to artificially inflate step counts.
c) Any other actions aimed at deceiving the system to register more steps than actually taken.

7.3. Teamco reserves the right to monitor and verify physical activity data to ensure its authenticity.

8. Social Media Activity

8.1. Users may represent up to 30 global brands and 20 local brands on their social media accounts.

8.2. Users must not represent competing brands simultaneously (e.g., Apple and Samsung).

8.3. Users can choose between manual, semi-automatic, or automatic modes for social media posting.

8.4. When accepting a mining task, users are obligated to publish the proposed content on their social media accounts.

8.5. Deletion of required posts or failure to publish content while mining tokens is prohibited and may result in account suspension and token invalidation.

9. Referral Program and Multi-Accounting

9.1. Users may earn rewards for referring new users to the Platform through their unique referral link.

9.2. Multi-accounting, defined as creating multiple accounts for a single individual or inviting non-existent people through the referral program, is strictly prohibited.

9.3. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system or create fake accounts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earned Teamcoin.

10. Competitions and Tournaments

10.1. Users may participate in various competitions and tournaments organized on the Platform.

10.2. All participants must adhere to the specific rules and conditions set for each competition or tournament.

10.3. Teamco reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or engaging in unfair practices.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1. Teamco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

a) Fraud related to step counting or physical activity tracking.
b) Multi-accounting or manipulation of the referral program.
c) Failure to publish or premature deletion of required content for mining tasks.
d) Suspected use of the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.

11.2. In case of account suspension or termination due to violations, Teamco may, at its sole discretion, invalidate and destroy all Teamcoins associated with the account.

12. Account Deletion and Recovery

12.1. You may choose to delete your account at any time through the Platform's settings.

12.2. If you delete your account, you will have a 30-day grace period during which you can recover your account and all associated data by simply logging in again.

12.3. If you do not recover your account within the 30-day period, your account and all earned Teamcoins will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Teamco or its licensors.

13.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14. User Content

14.1. By posting content on the Platform or through connected social media accounts as part of Teamco activities, you grant Teamco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

14.2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

15. Privacy

15.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15.2. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

16.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

16.2. Teamco does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

16.3. Teamco makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content or services provided through the Platform.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teamco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

17.2. Teamco's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Teamco in the past six months.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teamco, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

19. Changes to the Terms

19.1. Teamco reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform.

19.2. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

20.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

20.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Teamco regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Teamco relating to your use of the Platform.
